A wilder Camden

Reclaiming public space for pedestrians by re-programming roads - making space for space-making whilst cultivating a wilder city.

This project revolves around a “service station”, converting vehicles into electric homes and acting as a staging area for the re-wilding and road re-programming.

Once the process is complete, this will serve alongside a bathhouse and laundrette as part of the hub for the 15-minute community this project aims to enrich.

The project uses chance operations both as a way to model interventions made in the new public space, as well as to create its architecture.
